Composer, guitarist, and harp guitarist Muriel Anderson is the first woman to win the National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship. Equally at home with fingerstyle, bluegrass, classical and international music, she has recorded with Chet Atkins, Victor Wooten, and Tommy Emmanuel, and has performed with Les Paul, and the Nashville Chamber Orchestra. Click here for a sampling of her musical talent. You can also find more info on Muriel on her website.
If you are not familiar with Muriel’s art, this is a rare opportunity to experience a truly inspirational performer in a lush, intimate setting, while supporting the construction of the 32-mile Rail Trail from Watsonville to Davenport. If you are familiar with Muriel’s art, we doubt you need any further convincing.
